SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar SJR 37-CONST AM: HIRING FREEZE

CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS  announced that  the motion  to calendar  SJR 37                                                              
carried with  Senators Halford,  Cowdery, Therriault  and Phillips                                                              
in favor, and Senator Ellis opposed.
